The Hardware Requirements listed in the AASHTOWare Bridge® Startup Guide Step 5 and AASHTOWare Catalog are the requirements for typical bridge model. These requirements are highly dependent on the size of the model, the type of the bridge and the complexity of the analysis. Version Conversion and Bridge XML files that reference 3rd-party engines
If your organization uses analysis engines other than AASHTO, Virtis, BRASS and Madero engines, the conversion of Bridge XML files from version 6.2 or older to version 6.3 and later may fail if those 3rd-party engines are referenced in the bridge description. Please see the file "Version Conversion 3rd party engines.pdf" on the AASHTOWare Bridge® Design and Rating installation media inside the VersionConversion folder for further instructions.
